You’re the one people rely on, and you’ve gotten really good at pushing through as stress piles on. But you’re tired in a way sleep alone can't fix, and feeling disconnected from your relationships, your passions, and yourself. Maybe you even get angry sometimes and feel even worse. I'd love to accompany you in slowing things down and offering a fresh perspective so you can feel more grounded, connected, and more like YOU again. I use evidence-based therapies like EMDR, IFS, DBT & CBT to support individuals and couples through high-stress careers (eg: nurses, first responders, military vets), trauma, and big life transitions.
I listen deeply to your concerns, and meet you where you are at when it comes to your goals. Together we’ll get to the heart of the matter and collaborate on a plan to move you towards healing. I bring over a decade’s worth of tools to help you understand yourself better, heal your nervous system and feel more grounded with whatever life is throwing at you.
I show up grounded and fully present, and I take care of myself so I can hold space for the heavy things - whether I’m recharging outdoors, with family, or on my motorcycle. I’m real, warm, and use humour gently when it fits. Clients describe me as down to earth, knowledgeable and dedicated. Let’s connect for a free consult call to discuss your goals.
