I also work with couples using the psychobiological approach to couples therapy and assist couples towards secure functioning. I provide a non-judgmental, open and safe space for you.My practice is centered in somatic experiencing, NARM and is IFS informed. I am trained in CBT, EMDR and PACT. My trainings help me to work with you to create a tailored approach to be with you while you learn to be with your experiences and create and develop new ways of interacting with your life.
