This pregnancy and postpartum thing is harder than you expected. Hi, I’m Samantha, a therapist, mom of two, and founder of Full Circle Psychotherapy in Fergus. I help adults navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and all stages of the perinatal journey—including fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. Many of my clients are used to holding everything together for everyone else, but inside they’re overwhelmed, anxious, or wondering what happened to the person they were before kids.

As both a therapist and a mom, I understand how deeply becoming a parent can change you. I’m Canadian Certified in Perinatal Mental Health (CC-PMH) and have a special passion for helping parents feel more like themselves again. Whether you’re looking for practical tools, a space to process, or a little of both, we’ll create a plan that fits you.
