Hello. Are you stuck in patterns that are creating disconnection, conflict and pain in your life and relationships? Do feel like the more you try to talk about it together, the more you get stuck in a cycle of distance, tension or anger? I specialize in relational/complex trauma, life transitions such as birth and death, relational conflict, couples counselling, betrayals/relationship affairs, alternative relationships (polyamory, ENM, CNM), attachment issues, depression and anxiety. I offer individual and couples/relationship therapy. I provide in-person services in Alberta and virtual services in Alberta, Ontario and BC.

I use an attachment-based, nervous system-focused, trauma-responsive approach to help you become unstuck and create the changes you need in your life. I can help you slow down, enabling you to take a deeper look inside. I can help you step out of defensive and reactive patterns and help you feel more connected with yourself and with others in your life.

I have extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT); a structured therapy that focuses on deeper emotion, attachment and strengthening the bonds in our relationships.
