With a strong foundation of 16 years if nursing experience, I combine medical knowledge with therapeutic skills to create a holistic approach to mental health and well-being.
I offer both in-person and online psychotherapy sessions, making it easier for clients to access support in a way that fits their lifestyle and comfort level. My practice places a special focus on supporting families with neurodivergent members.
