I am accepting new assessment clients. I have a limited waitlist for work-related PTSD in first responders and medical professionals; please email me to inquire about my waitlist. In my practice, I help people to process and recover from the experience of trauma. If you feel stuck, paralyzed by past events, or like you are being haunted by your own memories, I can help you find a way to move forward. Alongside my focus with PTSD, I work generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic, and work stress.
I primarily work from a Cognitive Behavioural perspective, also drawing from emotion-focused, acceptance and commitment, and solution-focused therapies. The therapy I provide is evidence-based and I keep current with research. My work is client-centered and focused on addressing your goals while building a positive therapeutic relationship.
It is important to me to create a space for clients to feel safe, cared for, and genuinely understood. I provide scientifically sound treatment while also keeping your individual needs and goals in mind. With my professional experience and your own life experience, we can work together to help you find relief.
