My interest and passion lies in working with individuals to overcome obstacles that are keeping them from living their most fulfilling life. I have experience working with a number of presenting issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD/complex trauma, ADHD/ASD, emotion regulation issues, relationship and sex issues, and social issues. I have a particular interest in working with individuals who have experienced trauma or complex trauma, and helping them to understand and overcome the difficulties their past experiences have created in their lives.
I believe strongly that a safe therapeutic environment and good working relationship between therapist and client are the most important factors that lead to real change. I work from an integrative approach, wherein I draw from multiple theories & techniques. I strive to tailor my approach and treatment to each individual client and their unique needs.
I aim to provide an open, non-judgmental, and warm space for clients to be and explore their true selves.
