I'm glad you're here! I’m Sam - I specialize in supporting people who feel weighed down by anxiety, depression, grief, or trauma. Even simple tasks can feel impossible. Some days it's hard to answer a text, brush your teeth, or imagine a future without this pain. Together we can work gently toward relief, self-understanding, and building hope. My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed as we find steadier ground and reconnect you with the parts of yourself that feel lost.

I value each person’s distinctive goals for therapy, and for themselves. I use my experience and training in health sciences, spiritual care, and psychotherapy to work with your strengths to move beyond depression, anxiety, and grief to build a state of peace.

Check with your insurance provider to make sure they accept psychotherapists. Even when they do, most do not allow providers to directly bill them. All receipts will be issued to you after each session with the information they need to reimburse you.
