I offer counselling to adults who want support in understanding and engaging with their emotions and navigating challenges in romantic and interpersonal relationships. Many people I work with feel emotionally overwhelmed, notice recurring patterns they do not yet fully understand, or find that even with insight, their body and emotions continue to respond in familiar ways. Counselling provides a supportive space to slow down, reflect, and develop a steadier relationship with yourself and others. I am particularly drawn to working with people whose emotions and relationships are shaped by trauma or early relational experiences.
To be human is to experience moments of suffering. At times, these moments can narrow our world, leaving us feeling alone or unsure how to move forward. I see counselling as a steady, nurturing space where your lived experience is met with care and curiosity, and where your inner wisdom is honoured, even when uncertainty is present.
My approach is attentive and compassionate, offering space to listen closely to your inner experience. Together, we will explore what feels challenging and discover ways of engaging with emotions and relationships that feel more authentic, grounded, and sustainable.
