As a Registered Psychotherapist, I practice a unified and trauma-informed approach to growth and healing that spans the spectrum of psychotherapy, counselling, coaching, parenting guidance, and Zen mindfulness. I offer a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment, both in-person—and Online Worldwide—that allows for sharing, expression, awareness, and resolution.

I have been in private practice since 2000, assisting individuals, couples, and groups from across Canada and the United States—as well as overseas locations such as Croatia, England, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Poland, Scotland, Slovakia, and Sweden.

In offer a sliding scale of $110 - $145 per hour because I believe in making psychotherapy as available as possible. I accept etransfers and cash in Canada, and PayPal out-of-country. I offer session receipts for those who have programs that cover counselling and psychotherapy.
