I am so glad to be here with you. I know we've not met yet, but I can tell that you’re smart, capable, and always trying to do the right thing and you're rocking it—but inside, it feels like you’re just able to hold it together. You’re tired of the constant pressure, the rat race, the self-doubt, the overwhelm—especially when it shows up in your parenting, your relationships with others as well as the one with yourself. I help people untangle self sabbotage, irritibility and overwhelm, self-doubt, and emotional reactivity so they can show up with more ease, clarity, and confidence. Using approaches like CBT, IFS, and EMDR, we’ll work together to make sense of what’s going on and build the tools you need to feel steady and empowered in in your life and relationships.
I will listen non-judgementally and guide self discovery. I always aim to create safe and cozy sanctuary that is equally as accepting of your joy as your struggles.
