Hello, and welcome! In my practice, counselling is a collaborative process that brings us together to better understand and address the challenges you're experiencing. I believe that in working together, the diverse stories we all create as we go through life can be explored, challenged and enriched in the therapeutic space.
Together, as we set out to uncover the events of your unique life story, we'll stay curious about how you've come to understand yourself and others, what guides you in making sense of problems, and which signs let us know when you're moving in the direction that YOU want to head towards.
Joining adult individuals with humour, warmth, and acceptance, I use a Narrative Therapy approach that centers you as the expert on your life experience, while I offer my expertise in facilitating change. We'll externalize, name, and transform issues while defining paths towards your preferences: those outcomes most important to you, as defined by you.
