I offer virtual therapy to clients located in Alberta and the NWT. I work with individual teens and adults, and have a background in working with 2SLGBTQ+ folks, neurodivergent folks, and others navigating social justice issues (e.g. workplace discrimination, eco-grief) and systemic oppression (e.g. racism, colonialism, ableism, fatphobia, misogyny). I am especially passionate about supporting clients in their growth and healing from grief, trauma, complex trauma, and attachment/development wounding.
I take a relational, collaborative, and organic approach to therapy. My first job as a therapist is to work hard to build a genuine, trusting relationship with my clients! Then, we can explore new emotional experiences, big or small, that add to your existing strategies, address your struggles, and support you to meet your goals.
