About
I offer therapy services to adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relational issues and trauma. I enjoy working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Together we can start to understand the root of your struggles and ways to heal. I aim to create a safe environment where you can express your struggles and fears without worrying about judgement. I work in a collaborative way where I tailor therapy around how to best meet your needs, wants, and goals.
If this sounds like it might be a good fit, I encourage you to reach out.
