Hi there! I am a specialized therapist: my focus is helping people heal from trauma and adversity using EMDR. There's no situation that is too big or too small, I am here to help. I work together with my clients to identify the root cause of their symptoms, develop tools for healing the nervous system, and emotionally process trauma. I am accepting clients with no wait for EMDR Intensives - think of it as your own wellness retreat where we are highly focused over a few days to get you on the road to recovery faster than hourly weekly sessions. Head over to my website to learn more about this model and if it is a good fit for you!
I hold space for your process, and bring all of my tools, training, and experience to the table to support the work that you are here to do. I provide an environment that is filled with warmth, compassion, support, humor, and affirmation. I stay present, and listen deeply. I play the roles of mirror, guide, coach, and fan - because you are incredible.
In the eternal words of Smash Mouth (1999), "my world's on fire, how 'bout yours?" I acknowledge how overwhelming it is to be human in this day and age, and at the same time I fully believe it is possible to heal and live a meaningful life. Please feel free to book a consult with me so I can learn about your values and the life you want to wake up to.
