You’re the one people rely on, and you’ve gotten really good at pushing through even when you’re overwhelmed. But you’re exhausted, and feeling disconnected from your relationships, your passions, and yourself. Whether you’re carrying trauma, burnout, or stress that’s affecting your outlook on life, you don’t have to hold it alone. Together, we’ll slow things down so you can feel more grounded, connected, and like yourself again. I use evidence-based therapies like EMDR, IFS, DBT & CBT to support individuals and couples through high-stress careers (eg: nurses, first responders, military personnel), trauma, and big life transitions.
I listen deeply to your concerns, and meet you where you are at when it comes to your goals. Together we’ll get to the heart of the matter and collaborate on a plan to move you towards healing. I bring all my tools to help you understand yourself better, heal your nervous system and feel more grounded with whatever life is throwing at you.
I show up grounded and fully present, and I take care of myself so I can hold space for the heavy things - whether I’m recharging outdoors, with my kids, or on my motorcycle. I’m real, warm, and use humour gently when it fits. Clients describe me as down to earth, knowledgeable and dedicated. I’ll never ask you to do work I wouldn’t do myself.
