Tired of spending months in therapy and not seeing results? Or perhaps you are a busy professional or parent and find weekly therapy challenging to fit in your already jam-packed schedule. My focus is helping people heal from trauma and adversity using Intensive EMDR, where we meet for several hours over 1-3 days to accelerate progress and experience profound results. There's no situation that is too big or too small - my intensive treatment plan is completely tailored to each client. Clients also are loving the option of having their retreat at their own private nordic spa for added therapeutic benefits.
I hold space for your process, and bring all of my tools, training, and experience to the table to support the work that you are here to do. I provide an environment that is filled with warmth, compassion, support, humor, and affirmation. I stay present, and listen deeply. I play the roles of mirror, guide, coach, and fan - because you are incredible.
I work together with my clients to identify the root cause of their symptoms, develop tools for healing the nervous system, and emotionally process trauma. If you're curious about my intensive offerings as a client or referring clinician, please do not hesitate to reach out for a free consult call to learn more.
