BIPOC Connections Group
A group for BIPOC folks navigating connection in a dominant culture of loneliness and isolation. This group will use a cultural relational lens and art therapy. Monthly starting Feb. 17th 6-8 pm. Queer BIPOC Drop-in Writing Group
A weekly in-person no-cost drop-in writing group for queer, trans, Black, Indigenous, people of colour (QTBIPOC) to write, process, feel, and connect. The group will offer themes like queerness, diaspora, and connection to land and water and learning ways of knowing and being from nature. There will also be opportunities for somatic practices and exploring ways somatic practices can connect with our writing. Sharing is always optional and there will be various options for giving and receiving feedback.
