We often look for external solutions when we are trying to resolve or fix a problem. We may be struggling with issues at work or school, or perhaps we’re feeling stuck in a life that no longer brings us joy. The loss of a loved one, a marriage or relationship breakdown particularly in narcissistic abuse relationships, leaves us feeling depleted and abandoned. Overwhelming anxious feelings and repetitive negative thoughts can easily take over when faced with any of these situations. My experience with narcissistic abuse helps me to lead clients through a path forward.
The focus of my practice is to help clients build a relationship with themselves and heal the parts of them they've abandoned. Moving through grief after the death of a loved one or a relationship that has ended are challenging transitions. I assist clients in reclaiming their peace and crafting a new story that releases what has held them back.
I have forty years of experience and a lifetime of learned lessons that have shaped the heart of my work. I founded The Cardinal Connection Centre for Hope and Healing in 2015 and I’ve written two memoirs, My Journey with Josie (published in 2013). and Finding My Abandoned Self (published in 2021)
