We often look for external solutions when we are trying to resolve or fix a problem. The focus of my practice is really about helping clients build a relationship with themselves, and craft a new story that releases the parts of them that have held them back from living the life they are meant to live.
I bring over thirty years of experience in the profession and a lifetime of learned lessons. I am also the founder of The Cardinal Connection Centre for Hope and Healing (2015) I’ve written three books. My Journey with Josie (published in 2013). Finding My Abandoned Self (published in 2021) and Gone are the days of tea and cookies soon to be published.
