I specialize in providing comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for children and adolescents to provide insight into their strengths and areas for growth. I also work with parents, youth, and adults to develop strategies to improve family dynamics, learn ways to co-regulate, as well as manage challenges associated with anxiety, attention difficulties, confidence, and stress. My approach to working with clients is collaborative and supportive. I utilize a strength-based mindset to empower you to recognize existing strengths and feel confident in your ability to grow, improve, and become more resilient.
I provide assessments services to better understand Specific Learning Disorders, Giftedness, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, or Behavioural Disorders. I also provide counselling services to support stress and anxiety management, emotion regulation, life transitions, family dynamics, and self-awareness.
I believe that small improvements can be transformative over time. I am humbled to be invited along your journey in gaining more clarity and understanding to optimize overall well-being. Please feel free to reach out for a complimentary phone consultation if you’d like more information about our work together.
