I offer a warm, relational approach to therapy for racialized folks, particularly children of immigrants, so you can feel seen and understood without having to over-explain. With training in trauma-informed models such as IFS, EFIT, Compassionate Inquiry, ACT, Art Therapy, and more, I tailor my approach to be personal and culturally attuned.
