I specialize in EMDR therapy for adults experiencing trauma, complex PTSD, attachment wounds, anxiety, high-functioning trauma, dissociation, burnout, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and nervous system overwhelm. Many of my clients have spent years in therapy and understand why they struggle, yet continue to experience the emotional, physical, and relational effects of trauma. They are often successful, capable, and insightful on the outside while privately living with the lasting effects of childhood experiences, chronic stress, or difficult relationships. I provide online EMDR therapy throughout British Columbia.
I am an EMDRia Approved Consultant, Certified EMDR Therapist, and Registered Clinical Counsellor specializing in trauma recovery.
