Welcome. I'm Samina, a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling-Provisional. My practice is client focused, strengths-based and trauma informed. I work from an anti-oppressive and anti-colonial lens. In this co-collaborative process, we uncover the root of our stories using modalities such as CBT, DBT, Parts Work, Narrative, and ACT.
