If you have tried counselling before and have been disappointed, you are in the right place. I am a culturally-informed Transpersonal Therapist who gets the big picture. I believe that real healing happens in community, and so have shifted my practice to focus on group work and inner alignment, where you are able to get back effortlessly to your own inner knowing without spending months or years in the trauma-trenches. I do NOT offer 1:1 sessions, but instead welcome you into a community of like-minded seekers who are interested in expanding beyond current self-limiting mindsets and want to ride the cutting edge of consciousness.

My speciality is transformation. With the tools you will learn in our live sessions you will be able to craft the life you have been looking for. I work with people who are doing okay overall but feel something is missing - they want a richer, fuller, more fulfilling life without months or years of therapy...and are willing to do the inner work required.

Weekly Guided Meditation Circle

Hosted by

Dr. Saira Sabzaali

Join us in-person or online for our Weekly Meditation Circle. We start with some gentle movement, followed by a 20-30 minute guided meditation. Facilitators rotate weekly and all experience levels are welcome. We ask that you make a donation to a charity of your choice if you join us regularly. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can start promptly at 6 pm PST. If you are joining us virtually, email us at info@dragonflywellness.ca for your link to join. If you are joining us in person, stay for tea and treats after!
