If you have tried counselling before and have been disappointed, you are in the right place. I am a culturally-informed Transpersonal Therapist who gets the big picture. I believe that real healing happens in community, and offer group programs and workshops to support you in returning to your own inner clarity without spending months or years in the trauma-trenches of traditional therapy. I offer 1:1 counselling for helpers and healers who are ready for a deeper dive through Advanced Consciousness Therapy, an emerging modality that brings energy medicine and consciousness work into psychology and mental health.

My speciality is transformation. With the tools you will learn in our online sessions you will be able to craft the life you have been looking for. I work with people who are doing okay overall but feel something is missing - they want a richer, fuller, more fulfilling life without months or years of therapy...and are willing to do the inner work required.

You pay me directly and submit receipts for reimbursement from your insurance provider. Some extended health plans will cover group therapy fees if you attend a group or retreat. Check what's covered with your provider before our first session.

Weekly Guided Meditation Circle

Hosted by

Dr. Saira Sabzaali

Join us in-person or online for our Weekly Meditation Circle. We start with some gentle movement, followed by a 20-30 minute guided meditation. Facilitators rotate weekly and all experience levels are welcome. We ask that you make a donation to a charity of your choice if you join us regularly. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can start promptly at 6 pm PST. If you are joining us virtually, email us at info@dragonflywellness.ca for your link to join.
