Hi, I’m Sage I am a counselling student passionate about helping others and am currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology through Yorkville University. As a lifelong athlete with a background in kinesiology and psychology, I bring a deep appreciation for the connection between the mind and body. This foundation shapes my holistic and empathetic approach to counselling, where I aim to support clients in a compassionate space where you feel supported and empowered to navigate life’s challenges.
