I hold the belief that we all carry the innate capacity to heal and grow. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in creating a non-judgmental space where I can walk alongside individuals as they explore their inner world, uncover their strengths, and move forward on their path of growth and healing. As a yoga instructor and mental health therapist I pay close attention to the connection between mind and body, recognizing how trauma, stress, and emotional pain can be held in the body and how healing often takes an holistic approach.
My therapeutic approach is warm, compassionate, trauma-informed, collaborative, and client-centered. I strive to integrate practical, evidence-based strategies with a holistic mind-body framework. I draw from a range of modalities tailored to each individual including Narrative Therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, as well as somatic and art-based strategies.
I support both adults and adolescents in building the skills, insight, and confidence to strengthen relationships, navigate life’s challenges, and move toward their fullest selves. Some areas of focus in my practice include life transitions, women’s issues, anxiety, depression, self-development, and trauma recovery.
