Those who feel the world isn't always made with them in mind. I aim to be a safe and inclusive space for all.
I have a client-centered approach and utilize CBT, DBT, and many other techniques throughout the session. One-size does not fit all and I look foward to exploring what works best for you. I have personal experience with mitigating AUDHD, BPD (and other mood disorders), and Celiac disease (and other autoimmune disorders), relational dynamics, and intimacy.
