I'm a Registered Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals who struggle with mood disorders, loss, grief and bereavement, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. My aim is to provide a warm, caring and non-judgmental space for you to share your life experiences and struggles. I use a client-directed therapy approach, drawing on various counselling modalities based on your specific needs and goals. You do not have to have a diagnosis to engage in therapy, I am willing to assist you in your journey towards healing and growth.
I have training in the following modalities: EMDR, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and Solution-Focus.
