Hey there! In the sea of all the therapists on here, I'm happy to welcome you to my page. Here are some quick bits about me: I am a South-Asian first generation Canadian, I have 15 years experience in the mental health field, I specialize working with: anxiety, trauma, childhood trauma, attachment wounds. My style could be labelled as: adaptable, light-hearted, open-minded, semi-structured, with a blend of logical-based thinking and emotion-based processing.

Folks that I work with tend to be curious about: improving their relationship with themselves, healing and parenting old wounds through self-regulation, learning about boundaries and how to set them, learning to adaptively respond to life stressors.

My goals are to: learn about you, support you to process your experiences and gain new perspectives, get you reconnecting with yourself and your strengths, renew your agency over your mind and body.
