I am a psychologist and certified play therapist with a master’s of science degree in marital and family therapy. I provide online counseling and play therapy for children, adolescents, and their families. I provide family counseling to parents and children navigating the difficult process of separation and divorce, with the goal of maintaining a strong relationship between parents and children.
I am specialized in play therapy which uses children's natural medium of communication and self-expression to help them express and process thoughts, feelings, and experiences; and gain both social and self-awareness.
When working with families I combine attachment theory with solution-focused techniques to provide positive goal-oriented change that focuses on developing healthier relationships. Parenting is difficult and relationships can be tricky but with good support, your family will be stronger, healthier, and more resilient.
