I hold a Master’s degree in counselling psychology, as well as a Bachelor's in grief, bereavement, trauma and loss studies. I have learned and lived experience in the mental health field, as well as in education. I have experience with and special interest in OCD, trauma, spirituality, and neurodivergence (Autism/ADHD).
