Together, we make sense of reactions that feel out of character, calm a taxed nervous system, and rebuild steadiness by understanding what your system has been trying to protect you from and learning how to respond differently.
My approach is trauma-informed and holistic, focusing on emotional regulation, boundaries, communication, and repairing relational ruptures.
