I’m a clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and families. Over the years, I’ve worked in the public sector, providing family crisis intervention and school social work services in both elementary and high school settings.
I’m passionate about helping people build healthy relationships, strengthen self-esteem, manage behavioral or emotional challenges, and navigate life’s many transitions. I also have specialized training in crisis intervention and critical incident debriefing, which allows me to support individuals and families through sensitive or stressful moments.
My approach is collaborative and client-centered. I draw from systemic, strengths-based, and solution-focused approaches to help you identify your goals and build on your existing strengths.
