The Centre for Psychodynamic Insights is a virtual clinic specializing in psychodynamic psychotherapy. This approach explores the root causes of symptoms by uncovering and understanding underlying emotions through evidence-based treatment. Through collaborative dialogue, we examine unconscious thoughts and emotions shaped from childhood to the present. We work to relieve symptoms by understanding how these patterns affect current experiences, and create targeted strategies for meaningful change long-term.

There are dynamics in everyday life that interplay and impact us personally. Our physical health, mental health, emotional health and spiritual health are all equally important. Those hardships, and stresses we face in life, such as financial burdens, grief, loss, isolation, family dynamics and medical circumstances to name a few, can bring us to a place where we might struggle to find the answers and ways in which to cope.
