I am a highly curious, empathetic, and knowledgeable counsellor with a rich life experience. I firmly believe you have the power to heal within you. My trauma-informed approach is tailored to help you navigate difficult and challenging thoughts, feelings, memories, and life situations. This world can be tough, and that can manifest itself through depression, anxiety, anger, addiction, low motivation and other mental health issues. I use a person-centred and trauma-informed approach. I believe in a bottom-up, integrated approach tailored to the individual sitting in front of me. I draw from different therapeutic models such as: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Internal Family Systems (IFS) Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) & Polyvagal Therapy.
