My personal and my professional experiences have guided me to my practice to support individuals and their loved ones who are experiencing challenges related to ADHD, anxiety, learning disabilities and conduct/behaviour related problems. I provide counselling, consultation and coaching to individuals and their loved ones. The doctor who has inspired my practice most significantly is Dr. Seuss. He wrote "If you judge a fish on how well it climbs a tree, it lives its life thinking its stupid".
I strive to understand each client's history , their neurobiolological presentation, and family/community systems. These factors underlie each our thoughts, emotions and behaviour. Through this full understanding accompanied by counselling and coaching supported to develop to their full potential.
