We build insight into our thoughts and feelings – diving under the surface of that chatter of thoughts and storm of feelings – so we can understand what’s really happening. We learn to create some space, how to step back, breathe, and not get caught in the tide. Then we come up with strategies to help you move in the direction of the life you want live.
Detours and bends in the road can happen, and it can get pretty creative. Therapy is about being heard, being seen, and learning how to make new choices – and knowing that you don’t have to do this on your own.
