Life’s journey toward mental wellness often comes with unexpected setbacks, challenges, and detours. You may be grappling with depression, burnout, or stress that has drained your motivation, or struggling with focus that disrupts your daily life. It can be tough to take the first step, but having a guide can make all the difference. With a practical, warm and down-to-earth approach, I am certain I can offer you realistic and collaborative problem solving to find your footing and stay aligned with your values and goals. I am eager to be acquainted and working with you soon.
Using various modalities and approaches, I address mental health concerns, trauma, and pain as part of the process of breaking down barriers to meaningful activity. In these, I focus on mindfulness, distress tolerance and therapeutic activity tailored to helping you develop the tools to navigate your challenges.
It can be difficult to make that first step on the road ahead. Having worked with and personally interacted with a diverse population, I confidently consider myself allied with the LGBTQIA2S+ and BIPOC community. I hope I may offer a safe space for you to share your story, and a collaborative minded approach to help get you to where you want to be.
