Are you feeling stuck in life? Are you looking to build skills to help with regulation? Frustrated by the dynamic in your current relationship? My targeted and empathetic approach is intended to make clients feel comfortable and safe while exploring changes they may like to make in the near future. I like to focus on what actionable things can we do or strategies to help us view things through a different perspective. I offer a wide range in modalities depending on the client's needs. Anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, relationship issues, men's issues, struggles with children, and family dynamics are my specialty areas.
My belief is that counselling starts off with a conversation about what issues are surfacing at this time. From there, we can decide which issue is front and centre at this time and give it the time and attention it deserves. I offer a wide range of modalities depending on what the client is looking for I will always suggest what I feel what may be effective
