I believe that life is very complex and confusing at times. It can also be very hard. I will hold space with you as you process your experience. When I was younger I felt that I could befriend anyone, and as a therapist, I can meet you wherever you are. I want to listen to your story. Together we will build a relationship where new awareness, personal growth, and healing can emerge.

My greatest strength is my ability to work with what is present and offer humour when it is supportive. I'm a class clown who grew up and now uses his powers for good. I have over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur in entertainment and hospitality. I am an only child, a husband, a father of 2, and grew up with only one parent.

Starting therapy can feel daunting and exciting. Its amazing what is possible if you just show up. I can hold the container as we build trust. I can work with you if you are "in-between". As a client I myself weave in and out at times. This is ok!

I offer sliding scale rates ($60-$90), particularly for those without insurance or benefits. Please ask if you are interested in a reduced rate and we can discuss more in a consultation call. As a pre-licensed professional, my services are not covered by insurance at this time.
