Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and if you’ve landed on this page, chances are you’ve been carrying a lot on your own. Whether it’s the weight of trauma, the pressure to perform, or the stress that creeps into your relationships, you don’t have to go through it alone. I work with people who have lived through tough or traumatic experiences, first responders, accident survivors, or those carrying the impact of childhood wounds. I also work closely with men who might find it hard to talk about what’s going on inside, things like performance anxiety, intimacy struggles, or just the stress of keeping it all together
My approach is gentle, collaborative, and rooted in connection. I use tools like EMDR and Somatic Experiencing to help safely process trauma, and PACT or EFT when working with couples who want to feel closer and more secure in their relationship. At the heart of it all, my work is person-centred, and you set the pace
This isn’t about “fixing” you,it’s about helping you reconnect with yourself, reduce the weight of anxiety and stress, and build stronger, more fulfilling connections.
