I have a Master of Social Work degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. My specialities are anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship, parenting, conflict, self-esteem, self-confidence, emotional dysfunctions and Christian counselling.
The therapeutic modalities that I primarily used are Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Brief Solution-Focused Therapy with an underlying foundation of person-centered and strength-based approaches.
