There are so many things that can impact our ability to live as fully as we want to and sometimes we need a space to process, make connections and find strategies and tools to move forward. I believe that healing is possible and I am passionate about offering a strengths-based approach, insight and skill building, compassion and a sense of humour to help you find it.

I have extensive clinical experience supporting children, youth and adults with trauma, grief, parenting and mental health. I am trained in a variety of modalities, including EMDR, CBT, DBT, and narrative therapy. My focus is always on supporting you through a flexible approach to find your own goals and to help you find strategies, skills and insight.
