I have a passion for creating relationships which promote mental wellness and emotional healing. In an empathetic, non-judgmental counselling relationship, there is freedom to explore struggles, and strengths. I work with you to achieve your wellness goals, by building on strengths and developing new coping strategies. My 26 years of nursing experience helps me to see my clients holistically, and integrate physical, emotional and spiritual wellness.
I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and interpersonal relational challenges across a diverse age range from preteens to seniors. I use developmentally appropriate, trauma informed and somatic therapy interventions to integrate mind and body healing.
My goal is to create a safe space for you, that facilitates clarity and understanding of emotional and relational issues. I personally benefited from the counselling relationship, during a difficult period in my life. Today, I hold that hope for you. If you are struggling, please take this opportunity to reach out.
