We are a collaborative group of experienced Psychotherapists who have been working together for years. We strive to facilitate change, resilience, well-being, confidence and increased satisfaction in clients' personal lives and relationships. We have developed a wide range of skills, as well as personal experiences which inform and enrich the work that we do. We are client focused and reflective, but we are comfortable with practical strategies and skills in helping people maintain integrity, healthier relationships and more satisfying lives. We are sensitive to differences, cultures, and personal stories. Our office is in mid town Toronto, accessible by subway.
We specialize in individual, couples and relationships. We address past issues as they pertain to the present/future. We integrate selected therapeutic modalities such CBT, Relational Therapy, and Mindfulness, among others. We offer Psycho-Educational Assessments for learning issues in children/young adults. Feedback/recommendations are central to the services.
We believe that learning never ends. We work collaboratively as peers, learning from each other and engaging in various professional development opportunities. Recently, we completed advanced Relational Life Therapy courses for couples, and Dr. Whyne is becoming a certified EMDR therapist. We offer Psychotherapy services in English/Spanish/Hebrew.
