I have a strong foundation in psychology and use various techniques to assist those struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, anger management, low self-esteem, phobias, chronic pain, and PTSD. My expertise has been honed through work with clients of diverse backgrounds and ages, and I am fluent in both English and Russian. My goal is to provide a supportive and safe environment for individuals to find the strength and resilience to grow and change.
In my practice, I use a variety of psychotherapeutic techniques and approaches: CBT, DBT, Art therapy, Mindfulness, Psychoanalysis, Solution-oriented, and Client-centred approaches. I believe that there is no universal technique that can help everybody, that's why I am always looking for individual solutions for every client.
I know how difficult to find a psychotherapist who would "click with you". It is very important to find a therapist whom you can trust. That's why I offer a free initial session (phone or video) where you will be able to decide if I am a good fit for you without any financial risks.
