I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor and Licensed Counselling Therapist that provides individual mental health counselling to teens and young adults between 16-25 years of age. The transition into adulthood can be a challenging time, where you can feel overwhelmed by the demands of school, personal relationships, living independently away from family and the uncertainty of future goals.
Using a combination of evidenced based interventions, I can help you develop skills to manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, emotional intensity and assist you in improving relationships and self esteem. I have over 20 years experience in community mental health counselling and I have specialized working with youth and young adults.
