I provide counselling to youth, adults, and couples. Clients will find that I bring a holistic, non-judgmental, compassionate, and collaborative approach to my work and integrate a collection of evidence-based therapeutic approaches developed to address different aspects of clients' experiences with the all-encompassing goal of helping clients achieve a greater sense of happiness by improving their emotional, psychological, and social well-being.
Specifically, I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Person-Centered, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Emotional Focused Family Therapy. Through these lenses we examine the power of our thoughts and behaviours on our mental health.
My commitment to our clients is to empower them with psychoeducation, support them to connect with their minds and bodies and encourage them to accept themselves for who they are. Together we can accomplish this by trusting the process of building and maintaining a strong therapeutic relationship. Are you ready to take the next step toward wellness?
