Hello, I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist at Revival Psychology. Thank you for taking the time to navigate through this site. I realize that finding the right therapist can be an overwhelming process but it is important to find someone you can be comfortable with. My passion lies in helping and supporting individuals overcome life’s different challenges. As a BIPOC therapist and an immigrant to Canada, I understand the difficulties with assimilation and forming your own identity in a new country. I use a culturally sensitive approach and enjoy working with clients from different cultures.
I believe healing and growth can take place in relationship with others; when provided in an empathetic and compassionate environment. I approach counselling through an eclectic lens and tailor my treatment based on the needs of the client. Together we can explore and bring awareness to patterns, behaviours and thoughts in a supportive and safe manner.
