I use a strengths based integrative approach to therapy, with an emphasis on emotionally focused, mindfulness, person-centred modalities, and cognitive behavioural. With children I use play therapy to help foster their developmental needs. I see humans as holistic beings, and acknowledge the biological, social, and psychological dimensions of our experiences
